Joanna Woollard, Podiatrist Bsc (Hons), Msc has over 14 years’ experience in Podiatric medicine and a history of working in busy London hospitals, teaching students at a master level and providing lectures to delegates at local and national conferences. Alongside working full-time and finishing a masters level degree, Joanna also published research.
Specialising in diabetic foot disease and offloading painful pathologies including the prescription of bespoke insoles, attending this clinic you will benefit from all this wealth of experience.
Joanna has also worked for the London marathon in both the elite and charity after-care tents providing rapid injury assessment, treatment and after-care advise.
With a passion for running and walking injuries, and with an extensive medal history for both running the London marathon, great north half marathon and many 10k across the country- your foot injuries will be both understood from both a personal and professional perspective. Joanna, also has worked extensively with the Diabetic foot caseload, understanding the complex nature of both Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes and managing the risk factors associated with the feet. We are also delighted to open the clinic on a Saturday with our associate Podiatrist Dilan Parmar. He is also a HCP registered Podiatrist, and working in the clinic since 2021. Dilan primarily works for the NHS, and has expertise in biomechanics assessments. Feedback around his skills and
